Terms of service
Last updated: 2026-11-06
These terms cover your use of Unstoppable: Chargeback & Risk (“the app”), a Shopify app run by Abakira LLC (“we”, “us”). By installing the app you accept them. If you don’t, don’t install it.
1. What the app does
It reads your store to show how much of your sales is exposed to disputes and payment holds, lists your Shopify Payments disputes with their deadlines, checks your public pages against the rules of payment processors, Meta and Google, and prepares written responses and corrections. We change features over time.
2. Plans and billing
There is a free plan and paid options. Their prices and what each one includes are in the pricing section of the app’s page on the Shopify App Store. Charges are billed by Shopify, through your Shopify invoice. We never see your card. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; Shopify applies the change as it describes in its own billing terms.
3. Your responsibilities
- You decide what to do with the app’s findings and advice. You apply the corrections to your store yourself, and you check that a response to a dispute is accurate before it is sent.
- You choose how dispute responses are sent (by you, or automatically if you select that). A response sent automatically is sent on your behalf and under your responsibility.
- You keep your Shopify account secure, and you don’t use the app for anything unlawful or try to disrupt it, other merchants, or Shopify.
4. Your data
What we collect, why, which providers process it and how long we keep it is in the privacy policy. It is part of these terms. You remain the controller of your store’s data; we process it on your behalf.
5. No guarantee about outcomes
We are not a payment processor, an ad platform or a law firm, and we hold no funds. A check is an assessment from the pages it could read, and it can be wrong. Passing it does not mean Shopify Payments, Meta, Google or a card network will accept your store, and following our advice does not mean you will win a dispute or get a blocked account back. Those decisions are theirs.
6. Uninstalling
You can uninstall the app at any time from your Shopify admin. We then delete what we hold for your shop as described in the privacy policy. Charges already due for work done before you uninstall stay due.
7. No warranty, limited liability
The app is provided “as is”. We don’t promise it will be free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost sales, lost disputes, frozen funds or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits a liability the law does not allow us to limit.
8. Suspension and termination
We can suspend or end your access if you seriously breach these terms and don’t fix it after we tell you, or if Shopify or the law requires it. You can stop at any time by uninstalling.
9. Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, the date at the top changes. If you keep using the app after that, you accept the new version.
10. Governing law
These terms are an agreement between you and Abakira LLC. They are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute about them or about the app goes to the state or federal courts located in New Mexico, and you and we both accept their jurisdiction.
